An older format that Claris is moving away from; not used by this project. Save a Copy as XML — the modern export format accessed via Tools Save a Copy as XML.... Covers scripts, layouts, schema, and more. Can also be triggered programmatically via the Save a Copy as XML script step. This is the format this project uses.
