This started as a weekend project and turned into a fully open-source library. But with the official OpenAI Agents SDK now released, I’ve decided to archive this repo and let the official version take the lead. Had fun building this. Thanks for being part of it. OpenAI Agents SDK This is a TypeScript port of the official OpenAI Agents SDK. This library maintains complete feature parity with the Python version, providing the exact same functionality, API design, and implementation patterns, just implemented in TypeScript/JavaScript for Node.js environments. The OpenAI Agents SDK is a lightweight yet powerful framework for building multi-agent workflows. It is provider-agnostic, supporting the OpenAI Responses and Chat Completions APIs, as well as 100+ other LLMs.
